PROVIDE FOR ALL FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED DUE TO CONTAINER DAMAGE TO BE EITHER RETURNED TO SUPPLIER OR DESTROYED. 750.100 NEXT INSPECTION

THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS SHALL BE 135°F, OR ABOVE EXCEPT DURING NECESSARY PERIODS OF PREPARATION, INCLUDING FOODS REQUIRING TRANSPORTATION. REHEATED CHEESEBURGERS TO 165F. 750.150 OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS TO BE HELD AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURES. MILK WAS FOUND AT 45F. PROVIDE FOR ALL COLD POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS TO BE HELD AT 41°F OR BELOW AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT DURING NECESSARY PERIODS OF PREPARATION.
